Audience Research

From the research I did I found it would also be very useful if we had some focus groups. This will be useful because we will be able to interact with our target audience. We will be able to find out their expectations and what they want to see. The advantages of having a focus group is that information is provided more quickly than if people were to be interviewed separately. It also means we can follow-up questions or ask more in depth questions this is an advantage over questionnaires were it is mostly just few word answers. A focus group also acts as a consumer panel which means we are able to observe what the members of the group are saying amongst themselves.
