Location

The location is very important to a thriller because it sets the scene. If you chose a good location it will make the audience think it is very surreal.

The first scene will take place in a footpath/track going through a forest this will be the opening scene so it will be very important we set the scene well. Use of a forest will make the scene thriller and also represent danger. We have chosen the location so all the 4 sets are near each other.

This is the forest where the first scene will take place there is a track that runs on the left of it. This is where the character is being watched.

The next scene will be the character running through the forest and onto a road where he will be kidnapped.

The next scene will be the kidnapped character being dragged into this warehouse situated very close to the forest so we will not have to spend a lot of time filming therefore we will be able to spend a lot more time editing and adding sound. The ware house will be dark but we will have a spotlight on the character in the centre of the room.

The final scene will be set in a bedroom we have not chosen an exact bedroom as of yet. It will be the middle of the night but we will need some light to be able to film. This will be the scene when the main character wakes sweating up from his dream sequence from earlier in the opening. The dream ends where he is about face death, he could perhaps be woken up by his phone ringing, this will create light in the bedroom so we will be able to film. He looks at his alarm clock and the clock shows 3.13 which are the numbers he previously saw in his dream. There is a knock on the door and the camera shows shock on his face. This is where the scene will end and the title name will appear.
